Nikon Coolpix S7c Announced
A chic new camera with a distinctive design, the COOLPIX S7c features unique Nikon technologies and image sharing functions that will extend your enjoyment of photography. Its generous 7.1 megapixels and 3x Zoom-Nikkor lens mean sharp, detailed images, and its exceptionally large 3 inch LCD monitor incorporates an anti-reflection coating that makes it easier to review and share still images, movies and Pictmotion shows, even under bright sunlight. Vibration Reduction (VR) and Anti-Shake mode detect and correct camera movement so that you get a sharper, clearer picture whether you are panning, shooting in low light, taking a handheld macro shot or even shooting from a moving vehicle. Its high light sensitivity - up to ISO 1600 - gives you the power to shoot fast moving subjects with outstanding clarity and delivers superb exposure in low light situations. The S7c also features the all-new COOLPIX CONNECT service, which lets you send images straight from your camera to people listed in your in-camera e-mail address list.

One-touch portrait button with direct access to Nikon’s In-camera COOLPIX technologies: Face-priority AF*automatically locates and focuses on people’s faces ensuring superb, crisply focused portraits. (*Face-recognition capability may be limited in some conditions). D-Lighting rescues underexposed images by improving brightness and picture detail where needed, while leaving correctly exposed areas just as they are. In-Camera Red-Eye Fix analyzes each image and automatically finds and corrects any accidental red-eye, which can sometimes occur in flash photography.
8. Pictmotion by muvee built-in slideshow lets you share your photos in an imaginative and entertaining way. Simply select a range of images, pick a style and choose your soundtrack. There are 5 pre-installed music files or you can load your own music via an SD card. Your Pictmotion slideshow will be produced automatically for you to view on your camera, or to the TV via the included COOL-STATION.
9. High-quality audio with optimized loudspeaker enhances playback clarity and is especially useful when viewing your movies or PictMotion slideshows on your camera.
10. Movie recording with sound at 30fps. Recording time depends only upon the size of your memory card; in in principle, it is unlimited. The built-in Stop-motion movie function makes still images alive and lets you create your own animations.
11. 15 scene modes, 4 with scene mode assist automatically provide the appropriate settings for everything from party portraits to fireworks at night.

13. PictureProject is provided as a complimentary accessory. PictureProject software greatly simplifies the importing, editing and organizing of your images, and includes other options that add to the fun of photography.
14. PictBridge: The capability to connect directly to any PictBridge compatible printer means that you can make great prints without the need for a computer to process the job. The supplied Dock Insert PV-11 allows you to connect directly to any ImageLink-compatible printer without the need for a computer.
